Learning Through Cones, Obstacles & Targets

Experienced Taekwondo instructors lead Little Tigers using a variety of tools and equipment — cones, obstacles and targets — so young students can begin to understand the fundamental principles of movement.

Through play that has structure, children discover the body's center and how to hold their balance long before they can explain it in words.
