Teen students with Grandmaster Ahn after a Taekwondo competition

Teens — Forty Years of Teaching Behind Every Class

Our curriculum for teenagers is backed by over 40 years of teaching experience. Grandmaster Ahn has worked with teenagers at every level, from beginners to members of the Korean National Team.

The curriculum is designed to get students thinking about — and practicing — everything in deeper detail. Students learn how to use natural body mechanics to maximize power, and as their knowledge deepens they take on advanced skills that build confidence and concentration.

Adults — Balance Is Where Everything Starts

Our adult program helps you stay grounded and focused in a world of stress and responsibilities — and it is an excellent workout.

The curriculum focuses on the fundamental theory of Taekwondo, where everything stems from balance. Students learn to use their body center and center axis to create and maintain balance, then apply balance, timing and breathing through poomsae forms to bring out their innate power.
